Because our classes are tailored to your specific needs, we require an initial 1:1 consultation with a physio before you attend your first session. During this consultation, we will:

  • Perform Objective Assessments: Establish a baseline of your current ability and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create Your Personalised Plan: Develop a customised program tailored to you, including exercises to complement your in-clinic sessions and keep you on track at home.

This goal-setting assessment ensures your class experience is targeted, effective, and designed just for you. Regular reassessments every 3-6 months will keep you progressing, feeling supported, and accountable to your goals!
