How you can work with our EP
1:1 EP Sessions
Individual sessions with your exercise physiologist — fully tailored to your goals, health history, and current capacity. Whether you’re managing a complex condition, working toward a specific goal, or simply want dedicated one-on-one programming, 1:1 sessions offer a level of personalisation and clinical focus that goes beyond what a class environment can provide. Sessions can be ongoing or used as a starting point before transitioning into a class.
SPGMove Classes
Our exercise physiology-led group strength stream. Two classes — Thrive and Strong — each with an individual program designed specifically for you before you attend your first session. Small groups, expert supervision, real programming.
How to get started
All new clients — whether you’re joining a class or starting with 1:1 sessions — begin with an EP initial consult. This is a one-on-one session where your EP gets to know your goals, health history, and current fitness. From there they’ll recommend the right pathway and get your program underway.
