We’ve Flipped the Script on Exercise.
Introducing a smarter approach to movement at SPG.
We all know movement matters, but finding the right environment can be challenging – especially when you’re dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or just not feeling confident in a typical gym. That’s why we offer two exercise pathways that blend rehabilitation, strength training, and guided exercise in a supportive, small-group setting. With expert supervision and personalised progressions, our classes help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, and feel at home in your body, whatever your goals or starting point.
SPGFOCUS – a physio-led pathway designed for when you need more clinical support, individualised guidance, or specialised care.
Designed by Physiotherapists, our Clinical Exercise Class using equipment like reformers, resistance bands and free weights to build strength, improve control, and reduce the risk of injury through precise, low-impact movements. This class is ideal for those recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or simply looking to move better and feel stronger.
With a focus on controlled resistance, proper alignment, and individual progress, each session supports your body’s unique needs- helping you build resilience, enhance mobility, and move with confidence.
SPGFocus is available at all our clinics.
SPGMOVE – an exercise science led pathway designed to build strength based on your goals so you can perform at your best.
Build strength safely with our exercise science team to meet your long-term health goals.
No matter your goal, your background, or where you’re starting from. Our SPG Move classes are designed to meet you exactly where you’re at — with no pressure to perform, no judgment, and no ‘one-size-fits-all’ expectations. Whether you’re new to strength training, returning after a break or just looking for something different, we’re here to help you feel strong, supported, and confident in your own skin.
SPGMove is available at SPGFreshwater and SPGNorth Ryde.
If you’re currently managing an acute injury, we recommend starting with a physiotherapy consultation. Your physio will assess your needs and recommend the best class for you. If you’re injury-free, looking to manage longer term issues already managed by a physio, or ready just to take your exercise to a new level, book an initial consultation with our exercise science team to get started.
Easy! If you know which pathway you’d like to take just book an Initial Physio Appointment or an Initial Sports Science Consult depending on your needs. If you’re a little unsure, book an Initial Physio appointment and we’ll guide you from there. Select your clinic to book here.
